Well, that's fine but I'd just ruide along really sedately and avoid any hills at all costs! I need some pushing ;)

Sugar! Thank you, btw, for the parcels ;) I posted another one off for you (old address!!).
A derriere to crush walnuts on you say...? We'll see ;)
PS - I'm a gym hater too, but RPM is such good fun. In a tiring way.Lis of the Northhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01298005506332989095noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32765588.post-13610089324657628202007-09-01T22:18:00.000+02:002007-09-01T22:18:00.000+02:00I love spinning, absolutely love it. Great for thighs and bum but not great for upper body stuff!! Stick at it lady, you will soon have a derriere that you could crush walnuts on ;-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32765588.post-77693558649595696852007-09-01T17:11:00.000+02:002007-09-01T17:11:00.000+02:00RPM? But I do need to get myself to the gym ...Ghostyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17830794124389727250noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32765588.post-84018720204343171222007-09-01T14:41:00.000+02:002007-09-01T14:41:00.000+02:00Let's just see if I stick at it ;)))I would defini...Let's just see if I stick at it ;)))
I would definitely recommend RPM. You can "adapt" the pace to your limits, but the whole ambience of the class pushes you to keep pedalling and go faster. It's motivating.Lis of the Northhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01298005506332989095noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32765588.post-6670993224655389162007-09-01T12:28:00.000+02:002007-09-01T12:28:00.000+02:00Well done you!
